Customer Satisfaction

The base of a recommendation is the satisfaction of a client. After every consulting project we measure customer satisfaction systematically and quantitatively. About 30 individual aspects of customer satisfaction in the following categories are evaluated: achieving project objectives, focus on implementation, client employees' involvement, consulting competencies, project management as well as consultants' interpersonal skills. Concerning the overall satisfaction we regularly reach scores between 1 and 2 on a scale of 1 to 5 (1 best, 5 worst). We receive particularly high scores in the following categories: achieving project objectives, focus on implementation, client employees' involvement as well as interpersonal skills.
